The Lyceum Theatre, a Grade II listed building, designed by Samuel Beazley, is one of several theatres restored by Triton.

The stucco façade and parapet displayed distinct signs of deterioration, confirmed by hammer testing. The first task in restoring this building was to remove numerous thick layers of paint to establish the extent of disrepair. The brickwork was in an extremely advanced state of decay with a number of sections needing to be rebuilt. Plain stucco were hacked off and reinstated with three coats of progressively weakening lime mortar and moulded details.

All Corinthian capitals, corbel brackets, and door surrounds were carefully restored to their original condition. The flashing to the string courses and cornices were renewed in Code 5 lead and all joinery was repaired as necessary.
