Triton undertook a comprehensive external refurbishment and repair programme to the Grade II listed neo-baroque wing at the iconic Liberty department store.
Our team used a Decothane Omega 20 system and installed new lead screening to the plant rooms. We replaced the rooflights, renewed the roof, and meticulously restored the statuary on the frieze, following a precise specification provided by Adrial Consultancy. We carried out a thorough cleaning of all masonry on the Portland Stone elevations. Over 350 bronze windows received full overhauls, complete with purpose-made matching ironmongery.
All work was completed with minimal disruption to the offices and shops below, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the occupants.
