Downshire House is a Georgian Grade II* listed building built in the 18th century and commissioned by the second Marquess of Downshire.
The major areas of work involved repairing and redecorating the building. External works included the repair and replacement of all roof areas, repair and redecoration works to all timber sash windows and French doors, and redecoration of the front entrance door.
