Ewell Court House, a Grade II listed house owned by Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, suffered significant damage in a major fire in December 2013.
Triton were tasked with the extensive reconstruction and renovation to restore the house to its former state. The project involved refurbishing both internally and externally, including new roofs, masonry repairs, joinery restoration, and landscaping.
The restoration also incorporated improvements such as a new lighting scheme, toilet reconfiguration, public announcement system, and security enhancements, resulting in positive feedback from both the council and the public after completion in October 2015.
Close collaboration among stakeholders ensured the project was completed on time and within budget for community events and weddings.
