In 2017, Triton were appointed by Howard de Walden for works at 66 Weymouth Street, a prestigious residential property nestled in the heart of Marylebone. Situated within the Harley Street Conservation area, Weymouth Street boasts a captivating fusion of traditional charm and modernist architectural features.

This project encompassed a comprehensive range of refurbishments and redecorations to the property’s external facade. This included meticulously addressing decayed or damaged timber elements in accordance with the stringent specifications outlined in the Windowcare standard.

All loose, broken, or defective clay tiles adorning the pitched roof were removed, ensuring the preservation of the property’s integrity. To seamlessly integrate with the existing tiles, a careful selection of new or salvaged clay tiles was meticulously curated and expertly fixed in place, ensuring a continuation of the property’s architectural heritage.
