Gardnor Mansions is a residential block located on one of the oldest streets in Hampstead, home to many listed properties.
The restoration project undertaken by Triton involved external repairs and redecoration to the entire exterior of the Gardnor Mansions block and all lightwell elevations.
The works were completed carefully in cooperation with the current residents and included repairs to the main lead roof covering, rebuilding the chimney stack, brickwork and repointing to all elevations, repairs to stone surfaces, waterproofing with Sika liquid plastic, RWG’s, soil and waste pipe repairs, timber repairs and replacement, and redecorating.
