Lauderdale Mansions is a beautiful estate of red-brick Victorian mansion flats and communal gardens, moments from Maida Vale.
In 2016, Triton were appointed by Heritage Surveys to carry out external façade repairs at Lauderdale Mansions.
Before work commenced, we undertook a thorough clean of the building using a pressurised steam washing system. This allowed us to find the full extent of repairs which were required to the building. Roofing, masonry, joinery, and redecoration were the primary works on this project.
