Henry Riley Consulting appointed Triton to undertake the full external refurbishment package at 55 Park Lane. The project team worked closely with the client’s full time in-house architect to develop the design to their satisfaction.
Works to the building included a design scaffolding, external façade cleaning, Crittall window replacement, redecoration of previously painted surfaces, masonry repairs, installation of liquid coating to flat roofs, replacement of natural slate pitched roofing, works to private terraces and parapet walls, concrete repairs, and replacement of all rainwater goods. The bulk of the work entailed the replacement of 480 windows to occupied apartments, with associated making good internally and externally.
An important aspect of this contract concerned the continued liaison with the property management team, security, and house keeping for the successful completion of the replacement windows.
