Works at 26-40 Kensington High Street consisted of external maintenance and repairs for a contract period of 24 weeks and a total contract value of £505,000.
With a major focus on the Portland stone features, specialist indent repairs using natural Portland stone were carved to match geologically compatible stone to the adjacent stone. Redecoration to windows, railings, rainwater goods, and previously painted surfaces were also undertaken as part of the contract package.
