Triton were appointed by JLL for the refurbishment of Golden Cross House.
Our scope of work included stone replacement, on site carving, and localised rusting steel frame treatment. The project involved cleaning of stonework, rejuvenating the glazed brick lightwell, natural stone replacement, leadwork, roofing, and the redecoration of previously painted surfaces.
Whilst the building and ground floor units remained in occupation for the duration of our works, we maintained regular liaison with the Building Manager, Local Authority, and Transport for London in order to achieve a streamlined logistic schedule for scaffolding and stonework.
