Built in 1886 as the Cecil Hotel, this building contains offices on the upper floors and retail units on the ground floor fronting the Strand.

The façade is comprised primarily of brickwork with limestone dressings and mouldings with ceramic tiling to parts of the rear elevation. Triton undertook the external refurbishment of this building which included cleaning and stone repair. The project spanned 25 weeks over summer with a total project value over £200,000.
