In 2014, Triton were appointed by JLL to undertake a comprehensive repair and redecoration project at 103-106 Regent Street. The project involved enhancing the roofing and elevations of 103-106 Regent Street, Vigo Street, and the rear elevations.
Our team of experts focused on repairing and replacing damaged slates, gutters, and lead horizontal support to the bell roof. We also redecorated all previously decorated joinery to ensure a fresh and updated look. To the Regent Street Elevation, we gave special attention to the redecoration of all previous stonework, masonry, window sills, rainwater goods, balustrading, and windows. We also prioritised the repair and restoration of the Juliette balconies and Georgian single glazed windows on all elevations.
