This project involved a comprehensive range of works, including external maintenance, repairs, and redecoration to all levels of the property.
To restore the front stone façade, we utilised a steam non-abrasive Doff system, ensuring a gentle yet effective cleaning process. In accordance with the client’s specific requests, our skilled team meticulously applied Keim Soldalit paint, adhering to strict guidelines to achieve the desired finish.
One of the unique challenges of this project was the design of the scaffold. We took great care to ensure that the scaffold did not impose any additional loads on the roof. To achieve this, we employed innovative techniques such as tying beams and tubes between an emergency fire escape staircase and the rain screen cladding wall.
