Triton were appointed by Ambassador Theatre Group to carry out a phased programme of repair and restoration works at Leas Cliff Hall.
Built between 1925 and 1927, Leas Cliff Hall is a Grade II listed Neo Grec venue set into the cliff face, with an early reinforced concrete structure supported by steel columns and girders.
The project included roof repairs, DOFF façade cleaning, faience replacement, masonry repairs and associated specialist works, all carefully phased to protect the historic fabric while allowing the venue to remain operational.
The client noted Triton’s professional approach and ability to minimise disruption, with all works completed within strict deadlines.
