York Terrace West is a Grade I listed Georgian neoclassical terrace built in 1822. Overlooking Regents Park, the property is located within the Crown Estate Conservation area. Built in the neoclassical style, the exterior façade features symmetry and proportion based on the classical architecture of Greece and Rome. It was designed by the renowned architect John Nash, who designed much of Buckingham Palace and Clarence House.
The property underwent restoration to all defective stucco, masonry, and roof works as well as redecoration to the building façade. Our team extensively filtered through samples of mortar and stucco to match with the existing building in accordance to The Crown Estate specification.
