Triton were commissioned to completely overhaul the fabric of the Harold Pinter Theatre, formally known as the Comedy Club, by the Ambassador Theatre Group.
The parapet gutter details had all failed resulting in the extensive rot to the joist ends. Substantial structural works were required to repair the same prior to complete renewal to the lead work of the parapet gutters. In addition, all windows were fully overhauled and repaired using the repair care system.
The entire cornice detail was reformed in lime mortar and missing stucco detailing reinstated and structural repairs completed. The statue “Arts and Music” was re-gilded back to its former glory.
