As part of the maintenance schedule to this prestigious auction house, the works involved external repairs and redecoration of all elevations and the internal lightwell to the block enclosed by King Street, Ryder Street, Bury Street and Duke Street.
Due to the high profile nature of this project Triton employed one of their most experienced Site Manager’s to oversee the project and liaise with Christie’s management team. The project was managed with continual liaison with Christie’s staff as the building was fully operational during the course of the works.
