Triton carried out this £4.6m 23-month project all whilst the building was fully occupied. The works required extensive investigations and subsequent treatment and repair of a rusting steel frame and ferrous fixings throughout.

In addition to this there were over twenty other trades to coordinate including replacement of Portland Stone, restoration of the original cast iron spandrel panels, steel window restoration, Westmorland slates replacement, leadwork and joinery repairs, asbestos R&D surveys, Bimetallic Corrosion testing, Ground Penetrating Radar surveys, installation of temporary security systems and M&E services.

Triton’s specialist knowledge and highly skilled workforce assisted greatly in ensuring a high standard finish.
