Situated in the heart of St James’, 20 King Street is a Grade II listed building, currently operating as an office space.

In 2014, Triton were instructed by JLL to undertake external repairs and redecoration to the external façade. Works were completed within the short 6-week contract and to budget. The works consisted of redecoration to the railings, windows as well as cleaning to stone balustrades and balconies. Our team used a low-pressure method to clean the stone balustrades and ensure the soft stone was not damaged during the process.
