Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Site Manager role located in London. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring overall quality control on site (s) and ensuring projects meet the programme requirements. You will work closely with direct and sub-contractor labour to ensure project are delivered on time, to the expected quality, and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also be responsible for updating the construction phase place and undertaking administration and scheduling duties as required.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Highly organised
- Contractual awareness
- Knowledge on construction including restoration, refurbishment, and finishing
- Experience in managing contracts and sites
- High motivation
- A proven track record
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out such duties as instructed by your line manager
- Coordination of direct and sub-contractor labour
- Ensuring overall quality control on site(s)
- Ensure projects meet programme requirements
- Undertake administration and scheduling duties required
- All other duties which may be required for the smooth running of project(s) under your supervision
- Use your skills and knowledge to perform your duties to the best of your ability
- Health & Safety
- Conduct Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks and maintain records
- Updating Construction Phase Plan after initial issue to surveyor
- Maintain Health & Safety file and ensure all necessary measures are in place

- £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
