Burton Court was constructed in the 1930s in Art Deco style with a steel frame, brickwork and Portland Stone detailing.

Triton were required to work to a strict timeframe in order to accommodate 8 No. associated trades with the least amount of disruption to the residents. Triton employed a Site Manager who also acted as a Tenant Liaison officer to oversee the works and liaise with residents for over 35 flats.
