External Refurbishment of Residential Mansion Blocks

Whilst not often protected by listed status, many residential buildings in central London incorporate elaborate architectural details into their design and repairs specifications will therefore demand the use of specialist restoration trades and materials, as well as general external maintenance skills.

An additional requirement of a typical external maintenance contract to these buildings is that the work should be undertaken in a planned and efficient manner, with due consideration given to the occupants and with particular emphasis placed on customer relations and health and safety issues.

Triton have developed a reputation as a specialist building restoration contractor that is capable of undertaking large, technically demanding projects to a wide variety of buildings. This has been achieved through their professional approach to contract management, anticipation of potential problems and close liaison with the client and their agent at each stage of the project.

The projects highlighted are just three of numerous similar major external refurbishment contracts to residential premises that Triton have completed during the past fifteen years, which includes repeat business for several long established clients. On each of these, at least six distinctly separate trades have been co-ordinated by experienced site managers within a relatively short timescale and to the complete satisfaction of all parties concerned.
